• Customer contact details you provide (name, email or phone number)
• Invoice information you create
• Usage and diagnostic logs required to operate the service

How We Use This Information

The data collected is used solely to operate and improve the Invoice Chaser service. This includes displaying your invoice dashboard, generating reminder messages, sending automated reminders (if enabled), and processing subscription payments.

Reminder Communications

Invoice Chaser can send invoice reminders on your behalf. Depending on your settings these reminders may be sent via email or SMS.

• Email reminders are delivered using secure providers such as Resend
• SMS reminders are delivered using Twilio infrastructure

These providers only process the information necessary to deliver the reminder message, such as the recipient’s email address or phone number.

Data Storage

Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where necessary to operate the service. This includes trusted infrastructure providers such as Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Twilio (SMS delivery).

You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting support@bavtechsolutions.com.
