Use of the Service

Invoice Chaser allows users to track invoices and send payment reminders to customers. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account.

Customer Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer information you add to the platform. You must ensure you have a lawful basis to contact your customers regarding unpaid invoices.

Automated Reminders

If enabled, Invoice Chaser may automatically send invoice reminders via email or SMS on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that messages sent to your customers are appropriate and lawful.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the applicable billing terms. Invoice Chaser is not responsible for payment disputes between you and your customers.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

Bav Tech Solutions provides Invoice Chaser as a software tool to help manage invoice reminders. We are not responsible for unpaid invoices, missed payments, or financial losses resulting from the use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
